New Pix4DPartner‐ and Sponsorships

While Pix4D’s currentDesktop software Pix4uav isthe perfectsolution to convertUAV imagery into
geo‐referenced 2Dmosaics and 3Dmodels, Pix4D’s goal isto keep on innovating and developing
technology that can push the limits of 3Dmodeling even further.

The current version of Pix4uav is used inmany industries and by a large variety of professionalsfor
their daily surveying needs and is currently even the talk ofthe archaeological community in Petra.

After having signed a five‐yearsponsorship with BYUUniversity ofUtah,USA, Pix4uav hasrecently
been used to create the first ever detailedmap ofthe AdDeir Plateau in Petra,Jordan and hasled to
the discovery of an extensive complex ofstructures, including whatislikely a Byzantine era Church
and two large stone circles known asthe “Great Circle”. And to promotemore varied use ofthis new
technology also in nature conservation, humanitarian, cultural and search&rescue domains, Pix4D
hassigned a partnership with a recently launched association calledDrone Adventures.

Developing new innovationsisthe goal ofthe recently signed partnership with Visual Intelligence LP,
aUS‐based leading sensortechnology company. By teaming up,the two companies will push the
existing two‐dimensionalrepresentation of geographic information towards a realthree‐
dimensional description ofthe environment.
