UAE Innovation Challenge 2012

Higher Colleges of Technology Teams mentored by Northrop Grumman Engineers, will design, build and fly an automated unmanned aerial vehicle. Teams will demonstrate what they have learned in a flying competition in April 2012. The winning team will be invited to attend AUVSI’s (Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International) Unmanned Systems North America, 7-10 August 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

*Note: Attendees to the Flight Competition days at Abu Dhabi Cricket Stadium should note that there are very limited facilities and no catering will be made available. Attendees should bring their own food and beverages to the seating area of the Abu Dhabi Cricket Stadium. There will be no entrance to the competition tent on the grounds unless you are an official competitor and have the appropriate security credentials for each day.
